My professional background is in retail industry; however, being part of a large family I have always had a dream of running my own day nursery. My staff boast some of the highest qualifications and are very friendly and approachable. If you ever need to speak to me I m always available to answer questions you may have.
Michelle Rayment
I manage the nursery alongside Maria. I am a mother to 1 child. I have had 14 years experience as a qualified nursery nurse and have worked at Darling Buds Nursery since September 1996. The qualifications I hold include: NVQ Level 4 in Early Years and Childcare Development, N.N.E.B., Child Protection, First Aid and I have received training in Fire Safety and Communicable Diseases.
Maria Parris
I manage the nursery alongside Michelle. As well as work in the Violets I am a mother to 4 children. I have had 18 years experience as a qualified nursery nurse and have worked in Darling Buds Nursery since March 2003. The qualifications I hold include: N.N.E.B., Child Protection, First Aid, Food Hygiene and I have received training in Fire Safety. Also, I hold an NVQ Level 4 in Early Years and Childcare Development.
Claire Potter
I am the nurseries Operations Manager. I monitor both Cardiff and Porth Nurseries, should you need to speak to me I am available at our Cardiff Nursery. I am a mother to 2 children. I have had 13 years experience as a qualified nursery nurse and have worked at Darling Buds Nursery since January 1998. The qualifications I hold include: NVQ Level 4 in Early Years and Childcare Development, BTEC National Diploma in Nursery Nursing, BTEC 1st Award in Caring, Food Hygiene, Child Protection, First Aid and I have received training in Fire Safety, book keeping and Birth to 3 Matters.

I am the Group Leader of the baby room. I am a mother of 1 child. I have had 6 years experience as a qualified nursery nurse and have worked at Darling Buds Nursery since April 04. The qualifications I hold include: CACHE Diploma in Childcare, Child Protection, Food hygiene, First Aid and I have received training in fire safety.
Linda Sinclair
I am a nursery assistant in the baby room. I am a mother to 1 child. I have had 4 years experience working in the child care industry and have worked at Darling Buds Nursery since April 04. The qualifications I hold include: First Aid and I have received training in Fire Safety. I am currently working towards an NVQ Level 3 Early Years and Childcare Development, which I hope to complete in the very near future.

I am the newest member of the Darling Buds team. I am a nursery assistant in the Daisies. I have always wanted to work in the childcare industry and have worked for Darling Buds Nursery since June 2008. I am looking forwards to gaining my NVQ Level 2 Early Years and Childcare Development.
